In-Kind Donations
In-kind donations are non-monetary contributions that directly support the work of North Bay Letterpress Arts. These gifts may include equipment, tools, materials, professional services, or other resources that help us operate our studio, care for our presses, and offer accessible letterpress and book arts programs to the community.
By donating goods or services, you’re helping us reduce operating costs, extend the life of historic printing equipment, and reinvest more of our resources into education, community programming, and creative exploration. Every in-kind contribution — large or small — plays a meaningful role in keeping our studio active, inclusive, and sustainable.
printing equipment donations
We welcome donations of letterpress equipment, tools, and studio furnishings on a case-by-case basis. Because of space, safety, and maintenance considerations, not all items are the right fit for our studio at all times.
Before donating equipment or larger tools, please fill out the form below to help us determine whether we can safely store, use, or maintain the item — and ensures that donated equipment can be put to meaningful use in our programs.
North Bay Letterpress Arts reserves the right to decline items that we are unable to accommodate or maintain, and to determine how accepted items are used, shared, or redistributed in support of our mission.
North Bay Letterpress Arts (NBLA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3)
