Freedom of the Press - Libertad de Prensa
Free, yes free workshops for K-12 groups for the next 2 years provided by a generous California Arts Council grant for their a Child Youth Development program. This is intended as a subsidized creative educational experience for schools and groups that need that assistance, who do not have regular access to extra curricular activities.

Minimum group size to register is 5, and maximum is 15.
It’s for any group of kids including: schools, organizations, homeschool groups, private groups, teams etc.
They can be a 1 hour tour or visit, or longer 2-3 workshop, depending on the age, attention and skill level of the group.
Our preferred day and time is Wednesdays between 10-3pm, although we are open to consider a different day and time if available.
All students must submit a waiver signed by thier parent or guardian ahead of time, or at the event.
A partial transportation subsidy is available for those who truly need and will benefit from it. *We will not provide or schedule transportation, but can help with cost.
