Using octagonal paper sheets, and a unique press bed device, we’ll create multi-colored kaleidoscopic prints of letterforms that defy expectations. There are infinite ways these prints can turn out and the pleasure is in pretending to control the results. Each person will have a chance to make their own print run. Side benefit: learning how to run a venerable printing press. Materials provided.

No experience necessary.

Please be conscious that cleanup and putting type away is every students responsibility, it does take time, and is part of the full letterpress experience.
